Feelings of despair have been going around and it seems I have caught onto it now.
I do not know what is up, but it is nothing good it seems.
Usually when I have the urge to cut my hair and change my looks it means something is up. I am trying to run and hide. Maybe I should stay the same this time and see what happens.

Well! I spent the weekend in Vancouver with my bb Katie. It was so good to get out and just be somewhere else, not that I don't love where I live! Ahhh, Van is so big! I can't even handle it sometimes. It overwhelms me a bit. Like Metrotown mall is 3 floors. It is so easy to get lost in that mall, or even some of the stores are big enough to get stuck in! Haha, but it was great. We had a blast, ate delish Japanese food, and shopped around.
Her dorm is so small and adorable too, I want to decorate it so so much!

*Clothes swap is something my friends and I like to do when we accumulate too many clothes we don't want. We get together and have a little trading party. It is great!

So far today has been wonderful. Woke up with the boyfriend, went with him to his eye exam, ate butter chicken, then visited our highschool & chatted with some teachers and other folk. It was an interesting feeling being back in there...kind of nice though. I miss the darkroom there so much.I also found this on the ground outside the school:

After bugging my brother we were walking to the plant nursery and I noticed a little boutique. I have always wanted to look around inside it but never have. We walked in, ascended some stairs and were greeted by a lady that called every 'hun'. SO cute. The walls in there were covered in shopping bags from around the world. I got this blouse for $10!!

& here are my qt little mint plants! Can't wait to put their leaves in iced tea. mmm

the blowing winds

Everyone I have come to love or just began to foster a wonderful relationship with is leaving. To Van, to Tofino, to Comox - I will miss them. Of course I hope everyone does so well, gives their 110% and has a blast...it just makes me think I should step up and do something for myself too. I don't know what I want in life and maybe it is time to take a chance and jump out into the world. Who knows...I might just have something wonderful happen.

Tonight is craft night and I am so stoked. I don't know if we are making a terrarium or a shoebox full of good but I know it will be fantastic. Also, my hair will cease being this:

 

And hopefully become layered & partially shaved. Yup, going for an undercut.
